Is Black Friday The Cheapest Time To Get Hulu?
The short answer is yes: Black Friday is definitely the cheapest time to get Hulu. And this year's Black Friday Hulu deal sees it back down to its cheapest price of $0.99 a month for 12 whole months.
What Black Friday Hulu Deals Did We See Last Year?
For the past three years Hulu has truly delivered when it comes to its Black Friday deals. Back in 2020, you could pay just 99cents a month for a whole year. In 2021 and 2022, we saw a similar offering, locking in a rate of $1.99 a month on its With-Ads plan for a whole 12 months. Usually costing $7.99 a month, that's a 75% discount, saving a grand total of $72 in a year.
Well, in 2023, Hulu brought back its lowest ever rate of 99 cents, allowing new and returning subscribers to lock in the price for a whole year. It was a huge $84 saving – but will Hulu make it a trilogy in 2024?
There were also a number of bundle options, including a dirt cheap Disney Plus bundle price slash. You could also opt to add Disney Plus for just $2 more, meaning getting two of the best streaming services for under $3 for a whole year.
Alternatively, subscribers could try out STARZ and add it for 6 months to their Hulu plan for just $0.99.
What Black Friday Hulu Deals Did We Expect in 2024?
Hulu consistently provides an incredible Black Friday deal and I didn't think 2024 to be any different – but I didn't expect it to be quite this good. Last year we saw a huge up to 87% saving on subscriptions for a whole year. The 99 cents deal had a three year gap before we saw it again last year, and I thought we'd have to wait another year or two to see it again. However, I was proven wrong.
While I thought Hulu would be down to $1.99 a month, the 2024 deal sees the best Hulu Black Friday deals return, slashed by 90% to $0.99, with the option to bundle with STARZ for sub $2, or get the incredible Disney Plus Duo Basic bundle for sub $3.

Just a couple of days before Black Friday itself on November 29, Hulu launched its Black Friday deal on November 27 at 3am ET.
