"Great experience. Exceeded expectations with great customer service all around. Liam and Jack initially helped me with some repair work on my snowboard. They were great. Attentive, polite and knowledgeable Quick turnaround and great work. Also worked with Jake on deciding between used and new boots. Appreciated his honesty and expertise. Will return for future purchases."

"Horrible.Not only their staff isn’t well trained nor informed; but their manager Joel gives a million excuses instead of resolving or fixing their own issues.I called to ask if they can do a buy in for step ons and Jake (staff) said yes absolutely; so, I drove 45 mins to find out Jake was wrong & Joel can’t do anything because it’s a one off sale if they took it (in other words no they can’t take it).Never mind I wasted my time & gas, but the worse part is when the owner & Joel came out & said but to make it up, we can take the board, binding & boots for $75 (this is all worth at least $500 given I got them last year & boots were too big for me — so, I walked out. Thanks!They were like: ‘sorry but what did you expect?´ I expected to have the right information and then not be insulted with your offer."

"I came to get a glove restrung. They couldn’t get it done within a window that worked for us, being in the middle of fall ball. Rather than telling me tough luck, the manager gave me suggestions for the type of needle I’d need to do it myself. They estimated how much lace I would need, and had a bunch of different colored laces. I restrung the glove and had fun doing it. I ended up going back for more laces so I could restring his first base glove as well. Thanks for the tips!"

"Not a bad place with good pricing. Only down far is having pencil neck children about my weight in middle school asking me if I wanted him to carry one of my 30lb kettlebells. Next time keep the children in the back yall"
