Why can't I log into HealthStream? ›
If you are having trouble logging in, click "Forgot Your Password." Enter your User ID and click Submit (don't enter anything in the email field). If you have an email associated with your account, you will receive a system-generated email with a link to reset your password.

Why can't i log into stream? ›You may have entered your username or password incorrectly. Your account may have been been suspended. There could be an unknown issue with your Stream account. Your account type is 'Driver' – Driver access is limited to the Stream mobile app, and you can only use the web browser to reset your password.

What are the password requirements for HealthStream? ›
Passwords must be eight (8) or more characters in length. Passwords must include a combination of all of the following four characteristics: upper case, lower case, numeric and non-alpha numeric special symbols (!,#,$,% are all examples of this). Password reminders cannot contain the password.
